Giancarlo Degani

Giancarlo Degani is a freelance IT consultant with a broad experience on software design and team management.
He holds a master degree in electronic engineering from the University of Padua. 
Giancarlo has developed software for almost 20 years for banks, chambers of commerce and local police, working with many languages, operating systems and technologies.
He is an enthusiast of open source and extreme programming. 
Some years ago he had the opportunity to work in a Scrum team and he started to appreciate the agile methodologies. 
In order to strengthen these skills, he obtained the Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner certifications.

Now he helps teams and companies to improve their processes in order to be more effective and deliver more value to their customers.
