People are meant to be great, and I am passionate about facilitating high performing teams to build from heterogeneous groups of people. Helping those around me to deliver and grow by driving their unique skills toward common goals, that is what makes me tick. Initially working on the Telecommunications industry in Brazil, I held 3 years of experience as a Scrum team member at PARKS SA. After that I moved to DATACOM SA also in Brazil, where I worked as a Scrum Master for another almost 3 years. Currently, I made a big move in my career and life by relocation to New Zealand and engaging in the Health Information industry at Orion Health Ltd. Here I took the role of Team Lead to leverage my expertise as a CSM. I bring along to the business a great deal of focus on the customer, a team work driven personality, and more than 6 years of experience in the Software Development space. As a Certified ScrumMaster®, I am a true practitioner of the Agile Manifesto. I am also passionate about BDD and XP as tools to deliver great software solutions to real world problems.
