I love challenges & back my ability to overcome those challenges. I have been into Software Process Management worked on various Quality frameworks like ISO 9001 QMS, CMMI. And I am also a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 QMS, CMMI High Maturity Appraisal Team Member (ATM) & Six Sigma Green Belt.

While working on various methodologies, I found that there are lot of Loopholes in these methodologies, As I have seen many CMMI L5/ISO companies not performing well. This has prompted me to move towards Agile-Scrum.

I started with CSM, followed by CSPO and very much interested in getting CSP.

I am into Agile scrum by choice but not by chance. Because for me Agile-Scrum makes more sense in the current dydnamic world. It is more of a mindset or a cultural change rather than a methodology. Whatever I do, Agile will be the cornerstone & Agile has become part of my life. And, I am very happy about it.
