About
Jonathan Schneider
My agile career is unique and rewarding. I love working with people, software, and being a servant leader. I believe that software development is really an art form that is only just beginning to take shape. I like to think of myself as an agile entrepreneur. I enjoy exploring new methods and ways to utilize the agile principles within companies, teams, and individuals. My career goal is to develop my skills to a point where I understand a large amount of the methodologies evolving out of software development shops. From there, I can begin to explore and hypothesize about different ways of approaching the software development cycle.
Although I was a software developer for only a short period of time, the only reason I even coded in the first place was to truly understand the mindset of a developer. One should not judge, if they have not done. My experience as a developer was just enough for me to understand how to think and execute. From there, I expanded my skills from scrum master, business analyst, product owner, and so on. I have a broad understanding of most roles, but have a detailed understanding of being a scrum master and developer.
I plan on continuing my career as a scrum master/scrum coach for a while to expand my current knowledge of the agile industry.
