I am an experienced CSM and CSPO, Business Analyst and project manager for web and mobile development projects with great expertise in the field of interaction design and usability experience. 

The past 16 years, I have gained a wide range of experience as a CSM, CSPO, business analyst, project manager, interaction designer and user experience designer and front-end developer by leading and working in small- and large-scale projects for various clients including trade associations, regional and national governments, financial institutions and international organisations.

My goal is to develop effective and efficient internet applications to realise the goals of the clients and to ensure optimal user experience.
