Jonas Bolldén

I've been involved with Scrum since early 2008. It all started with an information day held by HiQ in Stockholm, Sweden. Since then I've been working in many different contexts where I've seen Scrum add value to the process. In 2014 I finally got around to become a Certified Scrum Master and the following year I became a Certified Scrum Product Owner. 2015 was also the year I attended my first Global Scrum Gathering.

Both the parts and the whole of the Scrum frameworks has developed me in my working life as well as in my personal life. Scrum fits well into my personality since I always want to and evaluate what I already know. Thought constant development I'm convinced I can do a better job and be a better person.

With good ability to structure and lead, in particular, development related work, I'm looking for sustainable solutions for for customer. I do this with the keywords simplicity and clarity, preferably together with a team. At work I am an adaptive pragmatist, a practical problem solver if you like. Finding bottlenecks, solve problems and clarify events and processes have long interested and fascinated me. Doing it with others is both stimulating and, as I see it, is necessary to achieve lasting solutions.
