Huy Nguyen has always been an agilist. He studied Agile software development methodologies before the term "Agile" was invented at Fresno State in the late nineties as part of a Masters Degree in Computer Science. After almost 2 decades as a team lead and software engineer, he has reinvented himself as a project manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach. His passion centers at the interserction between Software development, Agility, Jazz Improvisation, and the art of Aikido.
Huy has employed numerous Agile practices in his time and even has a certification for RUP. However, he has never had more career success than through the use of Scrum and Agile.
