Ram Tallapaka has over 20+ years of experience in IT industry. Ram had opportunity to lead larger software quality assurance teams that contains 35+ members and are distributed across the globe. Ram partners and collaborates well with the business, development, delivery teams and other stakeholders to deliver a quality product. 

Had opportunity to lead and manage teams working on multiple projects and products at the same time. A change agent and influenced change in SDLC processes for various projects and helped implementing them. Have a detailed understanding of Agile practices, Behavior driven development methodologies and frameworks. 

Ram successfully worked with offshore development practices to implement offshore practices for multiple products. Created a highly collaborative working environment between offshore and onsite teams. Also, directly led and managed distributed teams located across the globe.

As head of Quality engineering group, have clear understanding of manual, automation and performance test practices. Personally involved in building robust automation and performance frameworks that can be implemented in agile methodologies with builds from continuous integration.  

As the leader of the team responsible for validating the product, Ram was influential in bringing Quality initiatives to the team, was able to monitor and improve the process for delivering quality product on time.
