I am a versatile professional who has shown tremendous success in multiple product related roles within various industries. I have a growth mindset, am passionate about continuous improvement, and learn and absorb new skills quickly. I work diligently to build trusting relationships with colleagues, staff, and clients, and consistently exceed organizational goals. 

I am passionate about maximizing the customer experience through gaining insight into their operations, understanding existing (and anticipating potential) pain points, and placing priority on resolving issues that delight the customer and align with the product vision. The end result is customer loyalty, continuous product improvement, and revenue growth.

I have over a decade of experience managing product initiatives in Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps environments. I have worn many hats during my career ranging from Business Analyst to Project Manager, ScumMaster, Product Owner, and eventually Director of Product Development and Director of Product Management. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated the highest levels of service and commitment to the mission of the organizations for whom I have worked.
