Daniela Casetta

My name es Daniela Mariana Casetta.  I like tothink of myself as a facilitative leader who works as a Product Owner, and my goal is to  help my team to be a happy, motivated and be able to perform to their best.

I started my career, a while back working as a  SysAdmin, after some years, I changed to be a Service Delivery Manager.   After some time, I went into Project Management and that was when I run accross Agile, and now here I am, being an Agile fan myself.    I  have more than 10 year of experience in software industry.

I enjoy a lot learning, experimenting, figuring out what works, what does not, and how to become better every day.  I like that phrase that says that if you find a job you like, you will never have to work a single day in your life, I try to live by it.   I love what I do, I like to make an impact whenever I can, in organizations and teams, small causes, can indeed, have larger effects.

I enjoy reading books,  technical articles, keeping up with what's going on in the world of agile and technology.   I am enjoying training others and helping my company be more agile.
