I'm currently a scrummaster for two agile teams running 4-6 two week sprints for a software update on a quarterly release cycle. Schedule and run daily standups, scrum of scrums, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, backlog grooming and sprint planning meetings. Utilize WebEx and Skype for video teleconferencing of remote team members across the USA, Russia and Finland. Provide daily task burn down charts and story point burn up charts each day to stakeholders. Calculate team velocities, assist with unblocking issues, identify and exploit constraints. Utilize both physical and digital story boards for task and story card progress tracking.
