Title: Freelancer Agile Coach
I am Tero Lompolo and I have worked with different kind of software projects and organizations for 20 years. My first contact with Agile happend late 1990s, when we decided to take XP practices into use in our team. Later I lead incremental SW project succefully. For 2006 till end 2012 I had opportunity to help (coach, facilitate and train) multinational organization into Scrum and Kanban. Nowadays I am free lancer:).
