I have been working with scrum since 2011 and with a wide variety of organisations - incuding a small boutique digital agency, a medium sized tech firm and large government departments. I am able to effectively introduce agile techniques across the business as well as supporting scrum teams, product owners, and senior business leaders. I'm interested in how we measure the value of agile practices, and how they can be applied to non-technical teams.
