I have been a Scrum practitioner since 2011, serving as a part time ScrumMaster and Scrum Coach for a range of product focused teams. This has given greater depth in my capability to add value in a program management context. Much of my career has focused on the financial valuation aspects of technology programs, including presenting a viable economic justification (e.g., cost benefit analysisy) for investment in technology efforts. Agile practices provide valuable approaches tools I apply everday to improve clarity and reliability in alternative recommendations provided to sponsors and teams.
