I am Rumesh Wijetunge, a highly qualified IT professional with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry as a Business Constant and Scrum Master. I am a doctoral candidate, hold an MBA and a BSc in IT and in addition hold CSP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO CBAP credentials. I have worked as a Scrum Master and / or Scrum Team member in more than 10 Agile projects in multiple business domains for customers from the Scandinavian region, Sri Lanka as well as from the middle east. I have expertise in facilitating Scrum Ceremonies, training and guiding the team on Agile processes and in delivering projects ensuring value to customers. I also train professionals in Agile both at work place and at a private institute in Sri Lanka (in Scrum and targeting the PMI-ACP certification) and provide consulting and training for companies looking to practice Agile Scrum
