Alfred Joshua Kee

Alfred Kee has a 15 year history of building high performing teams and continues to do so by following mantra of "servant leadership." With experience in enterprise IT operations, systems architecture, user experience design and software development he coaches teams on agile and scrum to deliver value quickly with minimal waste. Most recently Alfred has people management responsibility over four dynamic teams responsible for online operations for an online service. He applies scrum and kanban with agile principles to a live support team, tools development team, a systems operations team and a configuration and build team. Using "right scaled" processes and workflows, Alfred has setup efficient and effective teams in each by ensuring all have maximum transparency and high collaboration. Prior to this, Alfred worked with a professional services startup leading teams focused on design and development to successfully deliver on client needs. One of the toughest challenges he faced was keeping with traditional project demands of some clients while ensuring agile and scrum practices were followed for the team to ensure a more humanistic approach to professional services was maintained.
