My name is Pamela Onesti and I am a highly motivated Lean & Agile coach with experience of Lean & Agile transition in a complex project of a multinational company. Certified Scrum Master®, Certified Scrum Professional® and Certified Agile Leadership (E-T-O)® with strong competence in Agile, Scrum and Kanban, methodologies and Lean thinking. Ten years of practice in coaching and training teams.
More than twenty years experience in telecommunication industry and recently in the mobile games, primarily in R&D and the SW development lifecycle.
I provide coaching, training and support to teams/organization related to Agile and Lean. My mission is to guide companies and their employees to adopt a radical mindset change that helps identifying and reducing waste and improve their performance.
I enjoy working with people and contribute to the creation of an engaged and efficient environment,
I love helping colleagues to improve their way of working and organizations to adopt a cultural change towards a more positive and productive environment.
