Ilaria Favelli
My professional career is characterized by a strong technical base, starting as a computer engineer and then matured in roles such as Scrum Master and Agile Coach.
I believe that the evolution of my path reflects the development of my skills and values, which are inspired by the Agile and Continuous Improvement values.
As an Agile Coach, I work on training, consolidation, support and dissemination of the Agile mindset in all its forms, and over time I have had experiences in very different fields and with very different teams, allowing me to enhance my skills of flexibility and collaboration.
