Ali Muzaffar

Ali Muzaffar has used Scrum principles to develop and deliver serveral complex projects in a timely manner at various Sydney based companies such as The Iconic, Vivant, Spinifex and FIC Technologies.

Ali first started practicing Kanban in 2006 after reading "The Toyota Way" by Jerrery Liker. He took the principles of lean and helped financial organizations in Asia, Africa and Europe restructure their processes to eliminate waste and become lean.

For the past 10 years as an IT Analyst and Software Developer Ali has looked for pattern in behavior of organizations and people and sought to understand them in order to bring about process improvement through Scrum and Kanban principles. He used lean principles to develop methodologies and software to map, measure, modify and monitor processes using lean methodologies.
