Working along with stakeholders, understanding and supporting their strategic needs and goals, transforming them into products and IT business solutions.
Currently responsible for:
- Promoting partnership and integration between IT and business areas, leveraging the company's business;
- Managing along with Business Areas products backlog priorities. Focused on maximizing business value and mediating conflicts between stakeholders;
- Responsible for the design and management of Epic Canvas, Features, User Stories and Release Plan, as well as Products Roadmap;
-Managing the development team, boosting their productivity. Ensuring a uniform view of the product, a clear understanding of Backlog items, clarifying potential doubts and removing impediments.
- Monitoring, testing and acceptance of deliveries. Assessing return on investment, user satisfaction and defining the next steps (New features / improvements for the product);
- Monitoring along with leadership, Annual / Monthly Budget;
- Active participation in the implementation of agile methodologies / processes in the company;
Along with training, knowledge transfer and professional development of people.
