Todd Galloway

Todd Galloway I started my career as a software development co-op in an organization that had a heavy Waterfall process. In 2007 the world of Agile was opened up to me by my manager at the time and we attended the Agile 2007 conference. From there my role of technical lead was really that of a ScrumMaster, guiding the team within the Agile process we established, removing impediments, and helping run all the Agile ceremonies we established. A couple years later at the same company I was given the opportunity to be part of a new organization that would push these newly developed Agile processes across the entire global software organization. This gave me an excellent opportunity to train folks around the globe on the Agile development process we had put together. This helped grow my planning, training, and facilitation skills that I still use to this day in my current role as a ScrumMaster. After leaving that company I realized I wanted to be a pure ScrumMaster and help teams get better via that role in an organization practicing pure Scrum and not just Agile practices that mirrored Scrum. I worked for a couple of years with a company in Denver after moving here and helped them revive their Scrum process that was not doing so well. I learned lots over the process of helping this first company in Denver and craved to help another organization which has lead me to my current position working to help 3 teams improve on a daily basis and deliver great value to their stakeholders.
