Gina Anzaldo

I help teams and organizations in their adoption of more agile, collaborative and authentic practices.   My experience in helping development teams develop greater agility has fed my soul at work - particularly seeing teams as they moved from the mechanics of 'doing Agile' to the lilberating state of 'being Agile'.  Truly collaborative teams are happier teams!  As a result of my experiences, my focus now is on helping the broader organization transform more fully by learning how to incorporate seemingly simple concepts like trust, collaboration, accountability, honesty, and simplicity into their work.  Real organizational development is the natural outcome of helping individuals and teams to incorporate these concepts.

I compliment my Scrum CSP certification with Agile coaching and team facilitation certifications (ICP-ATF/ACC, Dynamic Facilitation) , and organizational change certifications. Additionally, my Master's is in Education with an emphasis on the workplace learner.
