Santosh Shindhe

Hi I am Santosh Shindhe, I hail from the place known as seven hills situated in north Karnataka where I was born and educated to be fit in software industry. As of now I have spent about 10 productive years in the industry with varied level of experience. During my career so far I have been more technically involved with responsibilities like architecting solution.

I am also a strict process admirer and believe the discipline makes a big difference in life, both personal and professional. This was one of the big reasons for me to keep my eyes open for process model and adapting them to create better technically capable solutions. The focus has remained toward a clean goal so far and will remain that way in future as well.
