Trey Fragala AICP

Trey has extensive experience in professional land use and transportation planning and project management. He has managed large-scale long term contracts for both public and private clients including the Florida Department of Transportation and the Orlando Orange County Expressway Authority. He is responsible for all facets of DTS corporate operations including, production, project scheduling, contracting, resources, facilities and personnel. Trey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and holds a Bachelors Degree from Washington and Lee University. He also received certification in project management and executive leadership from the University of Florida.
