Learn about purchasing for teams

Michael Broadwater
I got my introduction to scrum while working at a game company. One of the other developers said "Hey, we're going to try this new planning method I read about. It's called Scrum." I was hooked from that day forward. Since then I've worked for a number of different companies as a Scrum Master and Agile Project Manager. My goal is always to help teams adopt Agile methods that help them do the best work possible.
The thing I enjoy most about working with Scrum Agile teams is when they reach a point in their adoption that you move from leading them to knowledge to them seeking knowledge and ways of improvement on their own. That's the point when you know a team is going to be successful and it's a great feeling.
