Andrea Heck has lead the agile transition for a major software development organization at Siemens AG Healthcare with multisite development and suppliers. Now she coaches Scrum teams, management and all project roles in getting agile and in continous improvement. She works on imrproving organizational culture so that it is compatible with agile software development.
Andrea holds a university degree in computer science. She has more than 20 years of working experience in many different roles of the software development process in big and distributed software projects.
