Real developers are rare nowadays. The guys that started their career on low-level programming languages are at their retirement or turned to another path in the IT-Business.
For many companies it is becoming difficult to find good qualified software developers who not only know how to setup an application but also who look further than that application and know how that application can fit in the companies business.

I'm one of those developers. I know from 25+ years of experience what you have to do to turn an IT project into succes and it does not matter in wich industry, i worked in many : retail, banking, insurance, airport, wholesale and automotive.

Therefore, i like to work in the frontline of your project, i can get things going (by the political way or by playing hard-ball if needed).
I am a friendly social family man, who is well spoken in 5 languages, a hard worker and always looking for solutions and challenges. For me it does not matter if i have to work alone or in a team, because i am a team-player and an individualist.

For more then one year i'm involved in working with in a SCRUM team. Mainly as team member, but if needed as Scrum Master.
