Mario Covarrubias

I have a degree in Computer Systems Engineering. I have been working for some years, helping companies and teams experience the Agile mindset and learn to experiment and adapt to find an optimal way to deliver customer facing valuable products and results while building strong human relationships. I have been working in different agile contexts for more than 9 years in the industry of software development. I work for 4 years at Thomson Reuters, playing the roles of Scrum Master and Scrum Coach for distributed teams working in Bolivia , Thailand, Ukraine and the United States. The work to transition to an Agile mindset in my company has lead my teammates and myself face different problems and difficulties when working distributed or collocated, of which we have experienced some really valuable victories and defeats.
