Hi there. I'm an execution driven Business and Information Technology professional with over 20 years of experience. I've owned my own business and have felt success and failure. I'm a true believer in metrics. I have passionate experience in Product Development, Organizational Design, Agile Training, Coaching and Mentoring. I have the ability to influence change, form productive relationships quickly and create the spheres of influence required for a real Agile transformation. I truly embraces servant-leadership and coach teams on Kanban, Scrum, DAD, SAFe and Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Agile methodologies. I'm still proficient with n-tier architecture, design, development and automated testing. My natural strengths are in systems thinking while aligning towards our agreed upon north star.
