Dave Lewis

Dave Lewis has become a very experienced Information Systems practitioner having worked with Oracle since 1985, primarily in the areas of Database Design, Database Administration, Continuous Integration, Data Migration, and Application Development. He also has a wealth of experience in Systems and Data analysis and methodologies including SSADM in the nineties and RAD techniques and the Oracle method around the turn of the century. More recently he has been working on agile projects over the last few years and has come to regard the Agile Rationale, and particularly the Scrum framework as an answer to the criticism that IT projects almost always end up late, over budget, and sometimes not fit for purpose.
