About
Being a passionate and highly motivated Agile Coach with 6 years’ experience in Agile and its frameworks, my main goal is to help the teams I work with to feel happy with what they do, while they deliver the best product in the market. Using mainly Scrum and Kanban, with Lean and Kaizen concepts added on top, I have helped many teams to adopt and to improve their maturity level in Agile, pleasing customers and business. Coaching techniques, mentoring, personalities assessments, how our brains work, Management 3.0 (managing for happiness), Learning 3.0 (how to promote emergent learning) are some of the things I use. I believe that for any framework be successful we need to have engaged and motivated people, therefore we need to understand how they think, how they feel and what motivates them.
