Graduated in Systems Engineering with more than 11 years of experience, he has participated as Agile Coach, Innovation Manager, Scrum Master, IT Consultant and Software Engineer in different technological projects for the banking, insurance, telecommunications and retail industry in Peru and USA. . I am currently serving as Agile Coach, coach and speaker at ChaosMonkey.
Constant defiant of the status quo, ferrea believer of a better world and passionate about technology, organizational culture and innovation. Currently, my focus is on team-level training, and the creation of environments where individuals share, learn more and face themselves.
