Rajeev Batra is an Enterprise Agile Coach with techno managerial background and end-to-end development experience in MS, Big Data and Open source technologies. Over the years he has played role of Agile Evangelist for his teams, business unit and organization(s). He is a passionate agile evangelist with demonstrated success in leading multiple enterprise scale agile transformational engagements, working across organizations from senior leadership to engineering teams to implement sustainable, Agile practices centered on Scrum and KanBan. As an Agile Coach, he looks at situation from practical and Agile principals perspective. He works with Sr. Leadership and teams globally and locally to guide them through transformation. He has worn multiple hats over the years and which gives him the ability to understand team dynamics and work with almost any team to navigate transformation challenges. His current responsibilities include - Leading SAFe / Agile transformation at global scale spanning over 200+ teams working on development of next generation Cloud, DW and standalone products leveraging Agile Scrum, CI/CD, TDD, ATDD processes. - Development of roadmaps, transition plans, process design, tool integration, training and coaching. . - Setting up Agile Centre of Excellence for by Business Unit for driving Agile and SAFe implementation, adoption and maturity across projects at India site level.
