About
As an enterprise agile transformation consultant I’m driven by my desire to help organisations embed agile ways of working, enabling a more engaging, responsive, transparent and leaner working environment to emerge and flourish. I have a strong track record of agile transformation, agile coaching, thought leadership and training. My experience has been gained through hands-on project delivery with many of the UK's largest General Insurers, Retail Banks and Life & Pension providers, backed up with business acumen from MBA study.
As an Enterprise Agile Coach I'm responsible for agile thought leadership, agile transformation, agile coaching and agile training of clients and colleagues.
I perform transformation / coaching roles within enterprise sized clients including Barclays, Barclaycard, BNP Paribas, IKEA, Legal and General, Nationwide, Lloyds Banking Group and Royal Bank of Scotland. I am a confident public speaker. I write and deliver agile training courses for clients and internally for IBM.
My hands on agile experience was gained through performing scrum master and agile business analyst roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds Banking Group and Standard Life.
