Alessandro Dias has been acting as Systems Analyst, Application Developer, Team Leader and Project Manager in a wide variety of business applications. 

Over 30 years of experience in software development, being more than 17 of those in the education business, with most applications designed to be daily accessed by thousand of users. 

Actually interested in agile processes of development, devops, continous delivery/improvement and domain/test driven development. 

Expertise in Java, Delphi and Visual Basic, mostly using Oracle or MySQL databases. Also constant development in communication, leadership, team-building and management, user training and support. Strong focus on personal and technical competencies.

Currently participating in the evaluating process of the implementation of agile methods in the IT department, as well as studying and evaluating new tools for all the software lifecycle at the same department (including but not restricted to analysis, planning, developing, building, testing and delivery).
