Serhiy Tkachenko

Serhiy is a hands-on lean agile transformation trainer and coach with a strong track record in driving and achieving sustained positive changes in the global companies as Philips, TomTom and Intel.

During his professional life Serhiy was holding numerous engineering and management positions and gained broad experience in lean and agile transformations, change management, strategy definition and execution, building and managing high-performance multidisciplinary distributed teams, definition and engineering of high scale new software and hardware products, outsourcing to Asia and Eastern Europe, supplier relationship management and intellectual property creation.

Serhiy holds MBA degree from the Nyenrode Business University, The Netherlands, Master degree “cum laude” in Applied Mathematics from the Lviv State University, Ukraine and a number of professional certifications: Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP)  from the Lean Kanban University, Lean 6 Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) from Scrum Alliance, PRINCE2 Foundation from the APM Group. Serhiy is an author or co-author of 19 published patents.

Serhiy fluently speaks English, Polish, Ukrainian and Russian languages and has basic knowledge of German and French languages.
