Greg Corbin

Greg Corbin has spent 20+ years building software for various industries with primary focus spent with healthcare. He has worked in many roles over this time. Roles ranging from engineer to architect to director. His experience also includes working in a roles as a scrum master and product owner. He's a frequent blogger and at times enjoys authoring articles for various web sites and publications. His biggest challenge as an agilest has been working to transform management and other leaders in healthcare to become agile leaders instead of traditional managers. Getting traditional managers to give up the typical command and control style of management for an agile style of teach, grow and educate is a very difficult and almost an impossible change for some managers. Over the last 5 years, Greg has enjoyed growing as an agilest. He attended many training sessions learning about everything from open spaces to scrumban to lean coffee. He loves introducing some of these practices to his development group and trying new experiments to strive for greater process improvements.
