I help teams and organizations become Agile. Been in Agile space since 2011, I have worked with both start-ups and large/distributed organization. In these years I have coached and trained individual team members as well as senior executives.
My area of interest is large scale product development. I am a Certified Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Practitioner and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant. Other than LeSS & SAFe, I have used principles and practices from Scrum, XP, Lean Thinking & Kanban during my previous assignments. Other relevant qualifications include CSP, CSM and PMI-ACP.
