About
Monic Meisel leads large IT programmes and projects in regulated environments and coaches IT specialists and leaders.
Since 2020 she has been Chief Consultant at DB Systel, currently Stream Lead for the new AI-supported customer service line at DB InfraGO. Before that she built the information security management system for DB Energie to BSI IT-Grundschutz and ISO/IEC 27001, and led the BahnBonus relaunch across four DB companies and 15 systems – on time and on budget.
Her route there ran through product: interim management of product organisations at Mercateo and idealo, product ownership for e-commerce and self-service platforms, and twelve years as art director and creative group head in digital and advertising agencies before that.
Alongside her corporate role she runs arete*coaching, working with IT specialists and leaders on clarity, self-leadership and decision-making in role changes and periods of high uncertainty.
Certifications: IPMA Level B, HERMES 2022 Foundation, Certified SAFe Agilist, CSP-PO, CAL 2 – and ICF Member as a coach.
