Bastien Lefevre

- Have started Scrum in November 2011 in my department (~ 20 people)

- Have served as a Scrum Master for about 7 years worth of sprints (roughly 150 sprints of 3 weeks)

- When not a Scrum Master, I have been usually a Kanban facilitator (for around 1 year overall)

- As a Scrum Master, I have been helping my team into getting better at Agile and Scrum, either by using "standard" techniques (Definition of Done, poker planning, physical board, voting etc), or by experimenting our own solutions (problem-solving framework, pizza points!)

- Since January 2014, I've helped 10 teams in Amadeus Sydney to switch to Scrum, some of which I acted as an Agile coach

- Have provided internally a 1-day introductory training "Agile Awareness" focused on Agile, Scrum and Kanban (10 sessions and about 80 people trained). That helped in raising people's interest on the subject and in sending them into either the CSM or CSPO trainings.

- Have attended the Scrum Australia conferences in 2014 (Sydney) and 2016 (Melbourne)
