His specific roles have included serving as a Scrum Master, facilitating working sessions with senior-level stakeholders, leading IT strategy initiatives, developing enterprise architecture, and overseeing business process reengineering activities for transformative business efforts. He has also established visions and goals, developed strategic and guidance documentation, created detailed system requirement specifications, mentored and trained staff on multiple projects, and supported the creation of business proposals and presentations for senior management.
