For a while now I've had the privilege to fill the position of Agile Project Manager at Abril, the second largest media group in Brazil.
I've had the opportunity to work with great people, facing constant challenges, coaching teams, helping them to deliver and working for the customer satisfaction, besides managing personnel.
The key here is deliver value constantly, with transparency, coherence and constant review (evaluating practices, methodologies, keeping in mind the importance of a short feedback loop) #agile #lean
Before that I've grown at Abril as senior software developer, tech leader, being a reference to my peers and to the business management.
I've had the greatest experience in the WebCo startup (part of Abril's Group) as a senior developer, in an amazingly agile, focused and cooperative environment with remarkable people, targeting brazilian's internet audience with BlogBlogs and Brasigo products.
Previous experiences include four years of mobile software development in a waterfall methodology and multi-site development with almost a year based on US Motorola Head Quarter, playing the role of interface and coordinator of teams located in Brazil, India, China and Russia for the cutting edge technology of the company. I've also played the role of interface with main carriers and brands (AT&T, TMobile, Vodafone, Yahoo!, MSN, ICQ, Google) for mobile messenger application.
