About
Senior Project Manager with experience from Mandator, a northern european IT/Telecoms-consultancy firm, Fujitsu and Ericsson AB. I have my educational background within the swedish navy, as an electronics technician.
Professionaly I have evolved from electronics via process engineering, quality management into lean and agile project management and leadership. I work as an operative project manager, give lectures, perform project audits and act as a mentor for others.
My experience in process management also gives me the capacity to develop Projectivity concepts (Projectivity = The capability of an organisation to utilise the project work form, to reach it's business goals). The word "project" here used in it's broadest sense, including projects in agile and lean environments.
Some of my experiences include traditional PM-models, such as PROPS and PM-BoK, ISO standards 9001 and 10006, SW-CMM. But also agile models, lean and Scrum of course. I hold a PMP certification, along with being a certified srummaster.
One of my main interests as a PM lies with leadership and the interaction with others, something I feel becomes more and more important for each project I run.
