My current mission is to aid change leaders on their journey to realize the benefits of becoming a Lean-Agile Enterprise. 

As an Enterprise Agility Coach, I serve enterprises and agencies as they adopt Lean-Agile principles and practices. I have had the privilege of leading or coaching large-scale Lean-Agile transformations in the telecom, entertainment, finance, cybersecurity, and healthcare industries.

I have a particular passion for Lean Portfolio Management as I believe that this is the key to connecting strategy to execution in a way that provides predictability as well as delivering the most value in the sustainably shortest lead team.
