I am a software engineer and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) based in Tokyo, Japan, with nearly eight years of experience in enterprise software development.

My core expertise is backend development with Java and Spring. I also have experience in system design, code reviews, testing, incident investigation, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership. Much of my career has been focused on large-scale financial and business systems, where reliability, security, and close cross-functional collaboration are essential.

I am currently broadening my expertise in product engineering, working with technologies and practices such as Kotlin, Vue and Nuxt, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development. I value transparency, continuous improvement, and an environment where team members feel comfortable raising concerns and contributing ideas.

Through Scrum, I aim to help teams connect day-to-day engineering decisions with customer value. My long-term goal is to become a technical leader and software architect who bridges product, people, and technology while enabling teams to deliver sustainable value.
