Alston is a seasoned agile coach with 20 years of business agility transformation experience for Fortune 100 companies in a variety of industries. He has extensive experience in advising organizations, co-creating transformation strategies and roadmaps, as well as coaching/training senior leaders and teams in Lean/Agile ways of working. Alston’s approach is to first “meet the client where they are” in their business transformation journey. He brings a holistic Business Agility approach that extends beyond IT/IS Departments. By including business units outside of IT/IS, he helps clients to strengthen and scale their internal Agile capabilities, thereby ensuring sustainable Business Agility Transformation.
