I am a technology professional with over a decade of experience performing in leadership, scrum master, business analyst, and product focused roles for numerous technology teams and products.  I like to focus on growing teams in various ways and catering solutions to the problems at hand.  Every situation can be different whether it may involve process improvements, opportunities to innovate, or finding ways to grow myself and those around me.  Making use of agile methodologies and communication skills are a key part of adapting to build a stronger team and product together.  I seek to leverage client and user data to help us be data driven in finding that success!

I strive for the products I support to be easy to work with and ensure that they are reliable.  I am a driver and advocate for having strong documentation around systems and that the processes within the team support them in continuing to develop and support their products.  Above all else, I strive to ensure teams are able to support the clients of the products and teams that we support!

I have a proven history of driving successful product launches, supporting established products, building team member development plans, interviewing and hiring candidates, assessing performance, and building team and product roadmaps to support consistent delivery of the team.

I seek to leverage my communication skills to help bring a team together to solve issues and allow for a group to achieve larger success than could be done by individual efforts.  I seek to be a "force multiplier" and create scalable solutions within the team and how they can be a part of growing others around them in the process.
