Christine Schubert
My Agile journey began in Phoenix, AZ. I was asked to train as a Scrum Master to support the software development team I was working with. I completed the certification and never looked back. It's been the best career change, ever.
I now work as an Agile Coach for a non-profit in DC. The focus of my work is creating a new experience for people. So everyone may bring their whole selves to work and interact in a way that enables authenticity and vulnerability.
I also organize and host a meet-up group. The DC Enterprise Agilists meet once a month at the NCARB office at 18th and K in DC.
My interests and curiosities are leading me in the direction towards organization development. I'll soon begin a program to become a certified practitioner.
