Erin Quick-Laughlin

Erin Quick-Laughlin started creating websites in 1996, developing rich web apps since 2001, earned a CSM, CSPO, CSP and now manages a team of web developers.

He has played ScrumMaster for:

• Silver Star Brands (encouraing regular delivery and retrospection for the ERP, Database, DevOps and eCommerce teams over 4 years) 
• LIVEALITY (innovation focus with Mobile & Web devs for 1 year) 
• nth Penguin (innovating new RIA framework development & agile consulting 2 years) 
• The Kohler Company (agile consulting on generator interface development 3 months). 

Erin has played Product Owner for the Silver Star Brands data warehouse project, prioritizing and grooming requests bertween a dozen different business owners (1 year).

He has developed code for American Express Technologies on an agile team introducing continuous integration, product & sprint backlogs, comparative estimates and a kanban process (2 years).

Erin is a founder of the Appleton Makerspace and has been a practitioner of Zen since 2003. 

Prior careers include organizing & training groups of 120 people for Munchwerkes at Road America, and building a publishing company of writers, artists, editors & sales-distributing to sell paper-based role-playing games in 17 countries.
