I am a passionate project management and Agile professional with a strong background in customer success, engagement delivery, and organizational growth. Earning my Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential has strengthened my ability to help teams work more effectively, foster collaboration, and deliver value iteratively. I enjoy building relationships, coaching teams, and creating environments where people can thrive and deliver their best work.

As I continue to grow in my career, I am focused on expanding my knowledge in Agile and project management through additional certifications, including CSPO, ICP, ICP-APM, ICP-DAS, and SAFe-LPM. My long-term goal is to help organizations mature their delivery practices, embrace continuous improvement, and achieve meaningful results for their customers and stakeholders.
